Heather Carlone is a global people leader who has spent more than 25 years creating exceptional employee experiences, connection to shared purpose, and dynamic, growth-minded cultures. Starting her career in consulting where she helped clients with systems implementations, Heather learned early on that her passion came from creating an incredible experience for all. She transitioned into HR roles – all having as a central element a focus on employee engagement, experience, and culture. Heather currently leads Verisk's Employee Experience Center of Excellence, which uses an inclusive, high-touch approach to support every part of employees' careers at the company. She's also a certified Optimize Coach, helping teams and individuals maximize their potential, increase productivity, focus, and overall well-being.
